With more than 30 years at every level of the music industry, Matthew Leone has built a career that spans major-label marketing, global touring, independent label ownership, high-profile event/concert production, and artist development.

From marketing alternative rock releases for RCA, Arista, V2, and Mogul, he moved to the stage as bassist for Madina Lake, performing in front of hundreds of thousands of fans worldwide. Whether headlining his own tours or commanding main stages at festivals such as Reading & Leeds, Rock am Ring / Rock am Park, Summer Sonic, Projekt Revolution, and Vans Warped Tour, Matthew has experienced the business from every angle.

He founded 4-Alarm Records, releasing full-length albums from cult-favorite acts including Chainsaw Kittens, The Frogs, and Pinehurst Kids. As a recording artist, he secured a major deal for Madina Lake with Roadrunner/Universal and toured the globe in support of three studio albums.

As CEO of Charity Bomb, Matthew produced fully immersive, high-profile benefit concerts featuring A-list talent including members of Metallica, No Doubt, Weezer, Anthrax, Tenacious D, and many more. He has also collaborated directly with Smashing Pumpkins, No Doubt, Velvet Revolver, NSYNC, All-American Rejects, Sum 41, Slipknot, and numerous other platinum-selling artists. This rare breadth of experience has earned him a trusted reputation among the true decision-makers across every pillar of the industry—labels, publishing, touring, sync, media, and branding.

In 2025, Matthew launched Looking Glass Artist Management. Drawing on the same network and insider knowledge that powered his own success (and the careers of artists such as Scarhaven and FRANK), he now provides emerging talent with the strategic clarity, industry access, and actionable roadmaps they need to build sustainable, profitable careers.

“Matthew works his asse off for no other reason than to help others. It’s rare to come across such honesty and focus in this business and working with him is a pleasure.”
